Caldera 250 – Heating cabinet for liquids, blankets and gel pads Volume 250 liters

Available in 2 temperature ranges:

– Up to 42°C for liquids, gel pads etc. (Temperature can then be set in the range 35°C to 42°C – Permissible adjustable temperature range can be adjusted if the customer wishes. To do so, a key must be used to access the service mode)

– Up to 70°C for blankets, duvets, towels, textiles, etc. (Temperature can then be set in the range of 35°C to 70°C – Allowed adjustable temperature range can be adjusted if the customer wishes. To do so, a key must be used to access the service mode)

Functionality

– Capacity: 68, 150, 200, 250, 300 liters – Dimensions and examples of how much will fit are specified in the technical data table.

– Fast and precise heating of the load thanks to forced circulation of the hot air.

– Polished stainless steel exterior, stainless steel interior

– Good lighting in the cabinet, energy-saving LED lamp.

– Tempered glass ensures good insulation and a good overview of the contents

– Drawers with telescopic runners allow you to safely and easily remove the contents

– Alternatives to stainless steel drawers are stainless steel grid shelves, let us know which you want when ordering

– Optional: Stainless steel table to place Caldera on is available as an option

– Standard is right-handed, if you want left-handed, let us know when ordering

Security and safety

– Safety temperature range 35°C to 42°C, regulates temperature in steps of 0.1°C (Applies to 42°C model. Limits are adjustable in service mode, NOTE! service key required)

– Visual and audible alarm if it goes outside the set temperature by 2°C (Alarm limits are adjustable)

– Independent temperature protection above 45°C (Applies to 42°C model), overtemperature protection class 3.1 according to DIN 12880

– Open door alarm, the alarm goes off if the door is open for more than one minute. (Time limits are adjustable in service mode, NOTE! service key required)

– LED display visible from 4m distance

– Door lock included, protects contents from unauthorized access

– Service key required to enter and change important settings, not accessible to regular users

– The device logs historical working parameters, temperature for one year (at 15 min intervals)

CALDERA complies with the following medical device standards

EN 60601-1-2:2002 EMC

(it does not interrupt the work of the other medical instruments)
